Burger King Dressed Up As McDonald's For Halloween
Fast food chains love a good publicity stunt. Whether it's Dunkin' Donuts bringing Big Papi and Gronk together for a horribly kitschy music video for an even more campy jingle, or when Arby's trolled vegetarians with its totally sparse "meatless" menu, there is always at least one prank or joke to fuel the social media fire.
Most recently, one location of Burger King decided to pull what's likely its saltiest stunt to date: "dressing up" like a McDonald's ghost. What troll level is that, you ask? We'd say about 100.
The sassy BK outpost in question is in Rego Park, NY. Take a closer look at its costume and tongue-in-cheek message:
As expected, Twitter went crazy with this one, both lauding and waving its virtual finger at the burger chain.

The Burger King by my house dressed up and covered their store in McDonalds for Halloween and said I know it's scary.
