Your daily dose of trending tickers, the stocks we're following based on your Yahoo Finance ticker searches.

Joy Global (JOY)
Joy Global rebounding from Thursday's sadness for its investors though shares of the mining equipment-maker initially suffered Friday morning. Jefferies cut its price target on Joy Global from $34 to $20. Yesterday, they company said it saw a 37% decline in profits for its most-recent quarter and it cut year-end forecasts. A big worry is the economic slowdown in China, which could reduce demand for raw materials such as copper. Coal mining in the U.S. is also down. In response, Joy Global is looking to cut $60 million in expenses this year.

BlackBerry (BBRY)
BlackBerry is up slightly Friday on an acquisition. The smartphone pioneer announced plans to buy competitor Good Technology for $425 million. Good Technology makes mobile security software. Interestingly, back in January, BlackBerry trashed Good on its blog. Once the pride and joy of Canada, shares of BlackBerry are down more than 30% this year alone and 96% from its all-time highs.

Ambarella (AMBA)
Ambarella is another stock up Friday in the face of the market's selloff. The chipmaker caused a bit of a stir earlier this week when it said the sale of wearables is on the decline. That's a problem for Ambarella because it's a supplier for GoPro. Thus despite the company reporting a 79% increase in revenues for the most recent quarter, investors took a dimmer view on its outlook. Even though Friday saw a slight uptick, Abaraella's shares are down 23% this week.
