Blackberry jumping, Oracle down on forecast, Arena Pharma surging on drug trial

Blackberry (BB): Shares are jumping here, up around 3%. Blackberry struck a deal with Microsoft, in which it will create a secure platform for using Microsoft Office Apps, to help users access these apps on their mobile devices.

Oracle (ORCL) : Shares are dropping in early trade, down around 9%. Oracle reported an earnings and revenue beat, but the database and cloud services giant’s forecast disappointed investors.

Arena Pharma (ARNA) : Shares surging, up around +31. The news? The drugmaker reported upbeat phase 2 trial results for its experimental colitis treatment.
