Black Diamond Group Limited Announces April Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 17, 2015) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (BDI.TO), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date is April 28, 2015. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
