Austral Gold Announces its Annual General Meeting Results

Sydney, Australia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 26, 2022) - Austral Gold Limited (ASX: AGD) (TSXV: AGLD) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders passed all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting dated 22 April 2022 at the General Meeting held today at 8.00am (AEST) by way of poll.

A summary of proxy votes and the number of votes cast on each poll is attached, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act.
