The firm reported earnings per share of € 1.13 on revenue of € 2.57B. Analysts polled by Investing.com forecast EPS of € 0.96 on revenue of € 2.57B. That compared to EPS of € 1.37 on revenue of € 2.74B in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of € 0.84 on revenue of € 2.23B in the previous quarter.
ASML Holding shares gained 1.21% to trade at €186.70 in intra-day trade following the report.
