Arizona house for sale has ‘extravagant’ outdoor shower. ‘That’s a scorpion habitat’
An intriguing home that’s hit the real estate market in Phoenix, Arizona for $1.18 million is the talk of a popular Facebook page — and it’s not because of its phenomenal views.
The recently remodeled home has two primary bedrooms and three baths — plus a large separate room that can be used for whatever the new owner desires.
But it’s not the interior that has people transfixed.
Its unique outdoor shower has fans on Zillow Gone Wild scratching their heads over the design. To some it’s an oasis, others not so much.
“This is giving a ‘legends of the hidden temple’ vibe,” one person observed.
“The outside is pretty extravagant for the inside to be so drab,” another said.
“Anyone who has spent any amount of time in Arizona knows that’s not a shower, that’s a scorpion habitat,” one person joked.
“Outside: awesome outdoor shower! Landscaping! Stone work!” another said. “Inside: grey boxes with floors that will kill you with a simple drop of water.”
“I personally love the outdoor shower feature,” one person said. “It’s one of the features of this house I actually love.”
“I love an outdoor shower,” another said. “It’s so wonderful. But the rest of house is confusing. Especially the hand rails in the middle of the back yard.”
“This is like the builder went to a stone place and got everything they had on sale and just stuck it in this house,” another person joked. “Columns? Yup. Stepping stones? I’ll take em all. Planters? Let’s do it.”
