Appreciated Media Production Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 18, 2020) - Appreciated Media Holdings Inc. (TSXV: AMH) (OTCQB: AMEFF) ("Appreciated Media" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on the Company's operations and productions since the start of its fourth quarter on April 1, 2020.

General

Over the last few months, Appreciated Media, together with many other film and entertainment businesses, has been greatly affected by the COVID-19 global pandemic; however, in a testament to the efforts of the Appreciated Media team, Appreciated Media has successfully completed a number projects in post-production and solidified the Company's slate of new productions for release in 2020. The Company continues to implement its growth strategy designed to achieve its objective of becoming a significant contributor in the film and entertainment industry.

Appreciated Media's efforts have been greatly benefited by the initiatives of government and the entertainment industry who, working together, have identified and implemented appropriate safety protocols to allow for the reopening of film and television production in British Columbia. Not only have these efforts permitted the industry to resume operations but they ensure a healthy and protected work environment for all cast and crew.

Film Productions

The Company is pleased to announce that "The 2nd" and the "Call" both of which were produced by the Company are being released this fall.

"The 2nd" is an action-thriller starring Ryan Phillippe (Crash) and co-starring Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers) and is set to premiere on VOD on September 1, 2020. "The 2nd" tells the thrilling story of an estranged father (Phillippe) who goes to pick up his son "Shawn" portrayed by Jack Griffo (Nickelodeon's The Thundermans), from college for the summer and together they discover a plot to kidnap the daughter of a Supreme Court Justice.

The Call is the Company's new horror-film and is currently scheduled for an initial 600 theatre release later this year marking the Company's first theatrical feature of 2020. The Call is a new franchise that brings together a great cast, including "Insidious" star, Lin Share and the "Saw's" Tobin Bell. After the unexpected death of an elderly woman suspected to be a witch, a group of friends who tormented her are forced to call a phone installed in her casket. To their horror someone on the other end picks up sending the four on a twisted and terrifying journey to hell.

Both films will have a trailer for viewing posted at www.appreciatedfilms.com on June 20, 2020.

With film and television production ramping up in British Columbia, Appreciated Media can now announce that advanced casting discussions have begun for two previously announced feature films, Tiny Tim, a bio pic and the comedy, Naked Gun 4.0 Pink Heat.

Appreciated Music

Since the Company's acquisition of Appreciated Music in May of 2020, Appreciated Media's record label has continued to perform exceptionally well with three of its artists currently on the New Music Top 100 Music Radio Charts. Black Pontiac, a young Pop/Rock group continues to perform on the New Music Top 100 Music Radio Charts and have just released its second single "Kate Rambo" and was the most added song at radio last week. Nick Beezy, a young Hip Hop/Rapper from Los Angeles continues on the New Music Top 100 New Music Charts and Christos, a Pop sensation who just released his first single "Boomerang" to radio this month was the most added at radio this week on the New Music Top 100 Music Radio Charts. Appreciated has also just released a new Artist Jesse Pepe with a very relevant song for the social and political climate, especially in the USA and in early radio testing have received a huge response.

Appreciated Music secured the rights to the band "FINAL STATE" for their new album along with two future options. Final State is well known in Quebec with their prior singles all topping the Quebec radio charts. Appreciated Music are to take on the international markets beginning with the USA and the first single will be released early July.

Pinnacle Virtual Studios

Since partnering with Virbela, the company has been aggressively developing the first Virtual Film Studio with the help of the Virbela team and is expected to launch ahead of schedule and has begun to secure partners who will be utilizing the robust features that will be made available in Pinnacle Virtual.
