Yahoo Finance Anya Taylor-Joy Is Dior's Newest Fashion and Makeup Ambassador

After wearing Dior Haute Couture gowns throughout awards season, Anya Taylor-Joy is making her relationship with the French fashion house official. Dior has announced that the Last Night in Soho star is its new global brand ambassador for fashion and makeup.
Dior wrote in a statement that Taylor-Joy will "partner with the brand, celebrating the iconic heritage of Dior, and showcasing the designs and creations of women's creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri and creative and image director of makeup, Peter Philips."
Since starring in the critically acclaimed The Queen's Gambit, Taylor-Joy has topped red carpet beauty and best-dressed lists, often in looks by Dior.

While Taylor-Joy has become known for wearing a matte red lip on the red carpet, her personal style is ever-evolving.
"I know it sounds silly, but because I've shot all of my projects back-to-back, you are only in your own clothes while going into work in the morning, then somebody gives you a costume, and then you put them on for like an hour at night to get home. So, I haven't had a lot of time to work out my personal style," she told InStyle in 2020.

However, she is always down to dress up. "I like to play dress up. It's really fun to build an outfit rather than being stuck in any particular thing. Just deciding, 'Okay, what kind of girl do I want to be today?'," she added.
So expect more glamorous Dior fashion and makeup moments from Taylor-Joy during the 2022 awards season.
