While comedian Amy Schumer tours the country and hangs out with new BFF Jennifer Lawrence, her Manhattan apartment is looking for a new owner:

The square footage isn’t provided by the listing, but dimensions provided in the floor plan (see bottom of this post) suggest it adds up to less than 1,000 square feet.
The “Trainwreck” star snagged the prime spot in this 20-foot-wide townhouse: a top-floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit with an upscale-applianced kitchen and a living room that boasts built-in bookcases and south-facing windows overlooking tree-lined 80th Street:
