Yahoo Finance American Vanadium Grants and Amends Stock Options and Announces Settlement of Debt
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 16, 2015 / AMERICAN VANADIUM CORP. ("American Vanadium" or the "Company") (TSX.V:AVC.V - News) (OTCQX:AVCVF - News) reports that it granted an aggregate of 2,432,500 options at the exercise price of $0.10 each to its directors, officers and employees. The stock options are granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, as amended and are for a term of five years from the date of grant. The Company also reports that is has amended the exercise price from between $0.60 and $1.05 each to $0.10 each of certain previously granted options to certain employees and consultants of the Company.
