Yahoo Finance 'American Idol' Fans Can't Handle Noah Thompson and HunterGirl’s Chaotic Instagram
It's been a while since we've seen American Idol 2022 winner Noah Thompson and runner-up HunterGirl share the screen. But the duo recently came together to film a video, which proved that their funny dynamic is still going strong.
In a November 3 post shared to Noah's Instagram, fans saw the country singers goofing off while attempting to shoot a promotional video for their mini tour. Standing side-by-side, HunterGirl (whose real name is Hunter Wolkonowski) jokingly chastised her former competitor as he tried — and failed — to nail his part of the announcement.
"He's always interfering," HunterGirl quipped at one point in the clip as Noah's microphone was being fixed. "You shut your mouth. Shut up," he responded as a comeback.
As Noah and HunterGirl continued their attempts at making the promo video, they couldn't stop making each other laugh. But they weren't the only ones. American Idol fans were just as into it, leading them to share their thoughts in the comments.
"I’m literally crying laughing lol," one person wrote on Instagram. "Hahaha this is cute … even superstars can’t remember their lines 😂," another added. "😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Y'all crack me up," a different follower said.
Although the above clip was for a series of shows that occurred earlier in the month, there's still a chance for fans to see Noah and HunterGirl perform live. The two are expected to wrap up their tour after playing concerts in Lexington, Kentucky, on December 1 and St. Louis on December 2. After that, it's unclear whether they will perform other shows together before the end of the year.
But judging from this hilarious clip, it's only a matter of time before we see Noah and HunterGirl's antics again.
