Amdocs Limited Announces a Proposed Offering of Senior Notes

ST. LOUIS, June 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amdocs Limited (DOX) (“Amdocs”) today commenced an offering of senior notes (the “Notes”), subject to market and other conditions. Amdocs intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of indebtedness.
