Alderon Announces Resignation of COO

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - February 12, 2016) - Alderon Iron Ore Corp. (ADV.TO) ("Alderon" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Brian Penney as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Company in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Penney has served as the Company's COO from April 2013 and previously served as COO in 2011. The Board thanks Mr. Penney for his contributions during his tenure as COO.
