AgraFlora Organics Elects Not To Proceed with Proposed Eviana Health Takeover Bid

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AgraFlora Organics International Inc.  (“AgraFlora” or the “Company”) (CSE: AGRA) (PU31.F) (OTCPK: AGFAF), a growth oriented and diversified international cannabis company, announces that the Company has elected not to proceed with its proposed takeover bid of Eviana Health Corporation (“Eviana”) due to:

  • Increased regulatory and operational uncertainty; and,
  • The continued divestments of core assets by Eviana.
