$8 billion Spotify eyes a 2017 IPO

After trimming down its biggest rival, Dollar Shave Club CEO is selling the startup to Unilever. The $1 billion acquisition gives Unilever entry into the shaving market which was previously dominated by rival Proctor and Gamble’s Gillette. Could we see higher prices after this deal?
