4 Internet stocks to buy on earnings moves

"Fast Money" traders discussed how to play LinkedIn's battering and FireEye's pop in post-earnings trading.

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD)'s battering in post-earnings trading may not spell doom for the stock, but investors should remain wary of the name tomorrow, some CNBC "Fast Money" traders said.

The professional social network was more than 20 percent lower in extended trading Thursday after it missed first-quarter top and bottom line estimates while setting pessimistic guidance for the rest of the year. Trader Tim Seymour did not see a broken company, however.

"It's a company that is executing," he said, noting that the stock needed to hold $200 per share, where it fell in the after-hours session.

FireEye (NASDAQ: FEYE) also saw a big post-earnings move, though in the opposite direction. The cybersecurity company beat sales expectations and set higher full-year guidance.

Trader Jon Najarian said the "revenue numbers looked really good." Trader Guy Adami noted that he like FireEye, but called network security company Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) "the best company in probably the hottest space out there."

Najarian added that Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ: SWKS) looks appealing, as it provides components for Apple devices.
