These Are the 2017 Michelin Star Rankings for New York City
The Michelin Guide for New York City wasn't supposed to be released until later this week, but a resourceful reporter at Eater found a copy at a bookstore in SoHo and released the list of starred establishments earlier today.
A few new additions to the illustrious restaurant realm include L'Appart (T&C called that one), Mario Batali's La Sirena, the vegetable-focused Nix, Günter Seeger NY, and Aska, a Scandinavian restaurant in Brooklyn that made its debut with an impressive two stars (restaurants traditionally receive only one their first year in the guide).
