Good morning. Here's everything you need to know in the world of advertising today.

1. There will be a big management shuffle after the Verizon-Yahoo deal closes. Marissa Mayer and other top executives likely won't stay with the company.

2. Industry-wide ad blocking is small progress for users. Industry executives say tracking is the next thing the industry needs to tackle.

3. IPG's CEO isn't afraid about the arrival of consultants in the industry. Michael Roth said his agencies don't come up against consulting companies in pitches, according to Ad Age.

4. Publicis' Maurice Levy said he won't really be retiring. The current CEO of the French ad agency said he would stick around in case he was asked for advice.

5. Facebook is under pressure to get AR right. If it doesn't, the company runs the risk of the same thing happening to it that happened with mobile phone operating systems.

6. KFC wants to launch a sandwich into space. The fast food company wants its new sandwich to be the most talked about food launch, according to Ad Age.

7. Pinterest is ditching the like button. The image-focused social network wants to differentiate itself from Facebook and Instagram, according to The Drum.

8. The UK's Advertising Standards Authority blocked a record number of ads in 2016. The regulator blocked 4,824 ads, according to Campaign.

9. Darren Aronofsky directed an ad for The New York Times about the work of photographers. Two more ads are set to be released in the coming weeks, according to Ad Week.

10. WPP Group leads in mergers and acquisitions in marketing and communications. The world's biggest agency made nine deals in the first quarter of 2017.
