Dish drops on concern that its wireless spectrum will lose value after Sprint-T-Mobile tie-up

Dish's stock has been propped up by the possibility that a major wireless carrier will have financial interest in the company's vast wireless spectrum portfolio. Dish also announced on Monday that it's acquiring satellite assets from EchoStar for about $800 million. Dish DISH shares dropped 6% on Monday after the Sprint S -T-Mobile TMUS deal moved a step closer to regulatory approval, making it less likely that Dish will find a partner to help build out its wireless spectrum.
