Dialysis giant DaVita stands to lose $400 million a year in California midterms
DaVita could end up losing up to $400 million if a ballot measure passes in Tuesday's election. California residents will vote on Prop 8, which would cap the amount of revenue dialysis providers in the state can earn from commercially insured individuals. DaVita has shelled out $66.6 million to defeat the measure.
