Made in Canada Quiz: How much do you know about WestJet?

WestJet, Canada’s second largest airline, started with just three planes and five destinations in 1996. The initial staff of 220 has now grown to more than 10,000, and the company’s fleet flew 20 million guests to 100 destinations in North America, Europe, Central American and the Caribbean last year.

Last summer they added four wide-body Boeing 767-300 aircraftto their fleet that will allow them to extend their range to long-haul destinations such as Hawaii. Recently the company has faced some turbulence with the downturn in the Alberta economy, and is shifting focus to other areas of the country.

The Made in Canada Quiz tests your knowledge on some of Canada's most-well known brands. Each week we'll feature a different company and see just how much you know about some of the country's biggest brands.
