| The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in stocks of small cap companies. It invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of small domestic growth companies that are expected to experience solid growth in earnings. It also invests in securities of micro-cap companies. The Advisor currently defines small cap companies as those with market capitalizations of $3 billion or less at the time of the funds purchase. The fund will also invest in many new companies, both through IPOs and private placements. |
