The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in municipal securities that provide interest income exempt from Massachusetts and federal income taxes. It may invest up to 20% of assets in securities whose income is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The fund invests at least 75% of net assets in municipal securities of the top four grades of credit quality and up to 25% of assets in junk bonds of the fifth and sixth credit grades. It is nondiversified. |
