The fund invest mainly in bonds that pay interest that is exempt from federal income tax and personal income tax of its respective state, but that may be subject to federal alternative minimum tax. Besides, bonds are investment-grade in quality and have intermediate -to long-term maturities (three year or longer). It normally invests at least 80% of net assets in tax exempt securities. |
