The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in municipal investment grade securities of West Virginia and its political subdivisions that provide income exempt from both federal and West Virginia personal income tax. For temporary defensive purposes, it may increase the holdings in tax-exempt obligations other than West Virginia tax-exempt obligations to over 20% of total assets.
