The Adviser currently defines large capitalization non-U.S. companies as non-U.S. companies having, at the time of initial investment, a market capitalization of at least $10 billion. It invests primarily in securities listed on bona fide securities exchanges or actively traded in over-the-counter markets either within or outside the issuer?s domicile country. The fund may also invest up to 50% of assets in securities of companies in emerging market countries. |
