| The investment seeks income and moderate long-term growth of capital. The fund invests all of assets in a separate master portfolio of the master fund that has a substantially identical investment objective as the LifePath fund. Each master portfolio, in turn, invests in a combination of stock, bond and money market funds. As of December 31, 2006, it intends to hold about 46% of assets in the underlying stock funds, 54% of assets in the underlying bond funds and the rest of assets in the underlying money market fund. It is a master-feeder fund. |
