| The investment seeks maximum long-term capital appreciation. It may invest in large-, mid- and small-sized companies. Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 75% of assets in common and preferred stocks, warrants and convertible securities. It may invest up to 20% of assets in securities of U.S. and other developed market issuers, including investment-grade debt securities of U.S. issuers. The fund may also lend portfolio securities on a short-term or long-term basis, up to 30% of assets. |
