FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the municipal bond sector of the United States as defined by the S&P National Municipal Bond Index. The fund may invest at least 80% and generally 90% of assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in securities that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in its Underlying Index. It may at times invest up to 20% of assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in municipal bonds not included in its Underlying Index
