| The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities. It focuses on medium to large U.S. companies (I.E., those with market capitalizations of $1 billion or more at the time of purchase) which, in the Adviser's opinion, are out-of-favor (undervalued) in the marketplace. The fund uses a quantitative investment model, which ranks securities based on fundamental measures of value and recent indicators of recovery, to make investment decisions. It is managed conservatively relative to the Russell 1000 Value Index. The Fund is expected to experience a low level of portfolio turnover. |
