| The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund primarily invests in common stocks of domestic companies of any market capitalization, from larger well-established companies to smaller, emerging growth companies. It normally invests in companies with prospects for above-average growth over an extended period of time. The fund has a policy with respect to 50% of assets, where it may make larger investments in individual companies than a fund that is diversified. However, with respect to the other 50% of assets, the fund may only invest 5% of assets in any individual security. |
