| The investment seeks current income with a secondary focus on capital appreciation. The fund will invest substantially all of assets in class I shares of the underlying funds in a variety of asset classes and styles. It intends to invest in the underlying funds to achieve an aggregate asset allocation of approximately 20% equities and 80% debt securities. The fund expects to invest 5-25% of assets in domestic equity, 0-10% in international equity; 40-70% in investment grade fixed income; 10-30% in high yield fixed income; 0-20% in international fixed income. |
