The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in tax-free municipal obligations which pay interest exempt from Kentucky state and regular federal income taxes, issued by the state of Kentucky, its counties and various other local authorities. The average portfolio maturity has traditionally been between 12 and 15 years. It is nondiversified. |
