The Fund invests primarily in equity or equity-related securities of small cap companies traded on a principal U.S. exchange or over-the-counter market that the Adviser determines to have positive Momentum. It invests at least 80% of net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in small cap U.S. companies. The Adviser considers small-cap U.S. companies to be those companies in the bottom 10% of total market capitalization of all publicly offered U.S. companies in terms of market capitalization, or that are smaller than the 1000th largest U.S. company, whichever is larger. |
