The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in a diversified, multi-cap portfolio of income-producing equity securities with yields that are believed will exceed the Russell 3000 Index. The fund invests primarily in dividend paying common and convertible preferred stocks and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
