FUND SUMMARY
The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund principally invests in equity securities of medium-capitalization companies that believed present attractive opportunities, but have not been widely recognized by investment analysts or the financial press. Medium-capitalization companies are defined as companies whose market capitalization is substantially similar to that of companies in the Russell Midcap index. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of medium-capitalization companies and up to 25% of total assets in foreign securities.
