| S1 Corporation provides software solutions for banks, credit unions, and insurance companies. It operates in two segments, Enterprise and Postilion. The Enterprise segment offers S1 Enterprise Online Banking Solutions, such personal banking, business banking, corporate banking, and trade finance; and S1 Enterprise Insurance solutions, including account opening, inquiry, transaction, and maintenance features for agencies and the consumer-direct Internet channels. This segment also offers S1 Enterprise Branch Banking and Call Center Solutions, including S1 Enterprise Teller that enables rollout of new products, features, and upgrades; S1 Enterprise Sales and Service Platform, which provides transaction functionality and embedded relationship management tools; S1 Enterprise Call Center, an integrated call center solution that offers workflows, transactions, and core services; and S1 Enterprise Voice Banking, which provides voice banking capabilities. The Postilion segment markets full service banking (FSB) solutions and Postilion product lines. Its Postilion payment application provides a solution for retail Internet banking, business Internet banking, ATM, driving, voice banking, mobile payment services, card management, and POS applications. This segment's FSB solutions include branch banking and lending technology solutions primarily for community financial institutions in North America. In addition, it offers S1 Web site solutions, S1 online adoption solutions, pay anyone bill-pay services, account aggregation, and voice and speech recognition services. Further, the company provides professional services, such as project management, technical, educational, and Web design services; customer support, including technical support, software release management, and online support; and hosting services. S1 Corporation was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Norcross, Georgia. |
