NL Industries, through its 36% interest in Kronos Worldwide, Inc., also produces and markets titanium dioxide pigments, which are used for imparting whiteness, brightness, and opacity to a range of customer applications and end-use markets, including coatings, plastics, paper, and other industrial and consumer products.
