| Gladstone Capital Corp. is a public investment firm specializing in debt security investments in small and medium sized companies. It does not sponsor turnaround situations; however, the firm can consider standalone companies or situations, where the contemplated transaction relieves an otherwise attractive company from an unworkable capital structure.
