It operates through two segments, Global Adhesives and Full-Valu/Specialty. The Global Adhesives segment manufactures and supplies industrial and performance adhesives products for applications in various markets, including assembly, converting, nonwoven, and footwear. Its products include hot melt, water-based, and thermoset adhesives and mastics used in various applications, including woodworking and appliances; packaging, corrugated, tape and label, tissue and towel, and graphic arts; and disposable diapers, sanitary pads, adult incontinence garments, and disposable medical garments. This segment also produces cleaners, primers, and adhesives for manufacturing footwear and leather goods. The Full-Valu/Specialty segment produces and supplies specialty chemical product lines for ceramic tile applications, HVAC insulation, specialty products and consulting for packaging solutions, consumer products, and products for the insulating glass market applications, as well as paints for interior, exterior, architectural, automotive, marine, and industrial applications. It also produces and markets adhesives, sealants, and coatings for construction, craftsman, and do-it-yourself markets, as well as glues used in schools. The company sells its products primarily in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region. H.B. Fuller Company was founded in 1887 and is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. |
