Inside the world's most secretive conference

An arena for thoughtful debate surrounding pressing international issues, or a "cesspit of globalist turds?"

Each year, around 150 of the world's most powerful financiers, businesspeople, politicians and thinkers meet behind tightly closed doors for the Bilderberg conference, a series of discussions on "megatrends and the major issues facing the world." What exactly goes on behind the security checkpoints among the gathered elites of Western society remains somewhat of a mystery as the meetings remain strictly off-the-record.

The first conference was held in the Bilderberg Hotel in the Netherlands in May 1954, to ease European-American relations during the Cold War.
