The Corsage: Prom’s Hottest Accessory

"Mullet" gowns are trendy, platform stilettoes are in, but the real breakout item for prom 2013 is the corsage. Prom costs are soaring and shoppers can expect to spend a bare minimum of $25 on a store-bought corsage. If you want to make your own, the always-hip Rookie Mag has an easy tutorial.
