STV shares closed up 11.18% on about 1.9 million shares traded. The company declared a special cash dividend of 50 cents a share on its ordinary shares. Each of China Digital's American Depositary Shares (ADS) represents one ordinary share. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 14 will be eligible to receive the dividend, which should be paid on or around May 9. This is the fifth time the company has declared a dividend since its IPO in 2007.

Shares of Tesla closed up 6.14% on Wednesday with about 10.8 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers on the NASDAQ. The company has filed notice that it intends to go to court to appeal New Jersey's ruling that would stop it from selling its vehicles in the state within two weeks.

Shares of LQDT closed down 6.67% on about 8.5 million shares trade. The stock was one of the biggest decliners on the NASDAQ. Liquidity Services' high bid for the Non-Rolling Stock portion of the Defense Logistics Agency’s surplus liquidation contract is "quite a bit" higher than it expected. Baird notes the winning bid of 4.35% is well above the current rate of 1.8% paid on the original acquisition value.
