Announces it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to consolidate all of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares (the “Shares”) on the basis of one post-Consolidation Share for every 10 pre-Consolidation Shares. The Company's Shares will continue to trade on the TSX-V under its current symbol "GGG" and current name “G6 Materials Corp.”. G6 Materials Corp. shares V.GGG are trading unchanged at $0.03.
