Starbucks is buying

Starbucks (SBUX) is buying Teavana Holdings (TEA) for $620 mil as it expands its tea business. The coffeehouse giant has an IBD Composite Rating of 88; its shares closed down 2.9% at 48.84. Shares of Teavana, which has 300 retail locations and an IBD Composite Rating of 23, surged 52.5% to 15.45.
