NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 14, 2014) - His Excellency Ambassador Alain Lemieux, President and Founder of the World Sports Alliance (WSA) is proud to announce the signing of a major agreement, in the mining sector, between the World Sports Alliance International Business Consortium (WSAIBC) and CVMR Corporation, (Toronto, Canada) for the construction and operation of a Nickel mine and refining plant within the Republic of Burundi.

This agreement, effective as of January 10, 2014, provides that CVMR Corporation, a firm internationally recognized for its state-of-the-art expertise in refining and value creation related to products from the recovery of Nickel and associated metals, will act as Consulting Engineer, Supplier, Builder, Manager and Operator (EPCM and OPEM) of a mine and a refining plant located within the Republic of Burundi (Central Africa), with a global processing capacity of 3,100,000 MT/year that should yield 35,000 MT/year of highly refined Nickel and other associated minerals.
