Vancouver, BC, June 21, 2012 - Vatic Ventures Corp (TSX-V: VCV and Frankfurt: V8V) ("Vatic") announced today that Mr. R. Tim Henneberry, P.Geo., formerly an independent consultant to the Company, has joined Vatic as Technical Advisor. As a Professional Geologist and a member of the Board of Advisors, Henneberry's role initially will be to review and oversee the exploration activities of Company's current North American precious metal projects.

R. Timothy Henneberry, P.Geo (BC) is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia with over 30 years experience in mineral exploration and development for precious and base metals, and industrial metals. He has worked in western and northern Canada, south western United States, Africa and South America as a project and consultant geologist.
Mr. Henneberry was a founding Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Appleton Exploration Inc. (2006-2011) and founding Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo Exploration Inc. from 2009 to 2011, raising over $11 million for the two companies. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Passport Potash Inc. Mr. Henneberry received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1980.
