Probe Resources Ltd. Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Orders

Probe Resources Ltd. ("Probe") (TSX VENTURE:PBR.H) is pleased to announce that, by orders dated February 3, 2012, the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") and the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") have revoked the cease trade orders issued against Probe on April 18, 2011 and January 7, 2011 (as amended March 22, 2011), respectively, for failure to file certain required continuous disclosure. 

Trading in the common shares of Probe on the NEX is currently suspended and will remain suspended until such time as Probe meets all requirements for the reinstatement of trading.
