Nevada Iron Ltd. (the "Company") (NVI.AX)(NVR.TO), an Australian based resource company focused on the development of the Buena Vista Iron Project, which is located in Nevada in the United States.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Water Pollution Control Permit received July 7, 2015, the final of the three major permits required.

  • Air Pollution Control Permit received April 3, 2015.

  • Application to locate the rail loading facilities on Bureau of Reclamation lands submitted.

  • Bureau of Land Management is processing the plan of development for the power line Right-of-Way submitted in February 2015.

  • During and subsequent to the quarter, the Company issued 18.8 million shares to raise $940,000 and issued 15.2 million shares to satisfy various debts.

  • The Company continues to evaluate mineral opportunities in the Americas.
